Brands of Kitchen Knives
There are many brands of kitchen knives and each one is known for different things. We'll address some of the bigger differences between the various brands. Start with the Global Kitchen Knife.
Kershaw Shun Knife
Kershaw Shun is perhaps the most well known Japanese knife maker. They have been around since 2002 and are praised for their craftsmanship, a Kershaw Shun knife is normally a thing of beauty.
Global Kitchen Knife
